Classes are run privately

Learn a little bit about the Practice

You are invited to step into a practice built as a system that holds the body, the mind, and the inner field of perception in continuous relation. It begins from where you are and unfolds through a precise reading of what is present.

Whether the session takes the form of Pilates, Flexibility, or Yoga, the approach remains constant: to meet the body as it is and listen to what it reveals. Each format carries its own structure, yet all are informed by the same underlying principles drawn from Yoga and the clarity of Vedanta.

The body is approached as a living field where physical patterns, breath, perception, and internal states are interwoven. From here, each session takes direction, guided by what emerges.

This work is mainly developed through private sessions, allowing for a comprehensive approach. The practice adapts to the person in front of me, their history, their rhythm, their intentions, and the subtle ways in which their body organizes itself.
