Classes are run privately

Learn a little bit about the Practice
You are invited to step into a practice built as a system that holds the body, the mind, and the inner field of perception in continuous relation. It begins from where you are and unfolds through a precise reading of what is present.
Whether the session takes the form of Pilates, Flexibility, or Yoga, the approach remains constant: to meet the body as it is and listen to what it reveals. Each format carries its own structure, yet all are informed by the same underlying principles drawn from Yoga and the clarity of Vedanta.
The body is approached as a living field where physical patterns, breath, perception, and internal states are interwoven. From here, each session takes direction, guided by what emerges.
This work is mainly developed through private sessions, allowing for a comprehensive approach. The practice adapts to the person in front of me, their history, their rhythm, their intentions, and the subtle ways in which their body organizes itself.

In-house yoga teacher & founderI have done many different things through the years. I started out as a Communication Designer and wondered off through a journey of Yoga and Writing.
I lived in Sweden for 20 years and taught Yoga for 13, giving classes and co facilitating retreats. I took my teacher training in 2013 through Sama Yoga School in Sweden & Bali.
All along I´ve worked with the father of my children in his company where I´ve learnt the wonders of entrepreneurship and hardship which allowed me to understand and dismantle the paradigma of what problems truly are.
I am divorced mother of 2, based now in Lisbon, my home. I am moved and deeply humbled by the power of abrupt life shifts and the need to bow to life and let it do the work with you - and sometimes - for you.
The most challenging (health) issues aren't the ones that are supposed to bend you, but help you stay in your track.
I am here now, following the journey of the Slow Art of Living, a life purpose vessel.
Welcome to join me!
